Uprzejmie informujemy, że dnia 23 lipca br. Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy Interzero Organizacji Odzysku Opakowań S.A. podjęło uchwałę o otwarciu likwidacji Spółki oraz powołaniu Pani Ewy Pabiś na jej likwidatora.
W związku z rozpoczęciem procesu likwidacji przekazujemy kluczowe informacje formalne:
- Nowa nazwa rejestrowa: Od dnia 23 lipca 2026 r. Spółka prowadzi działalność pod pełną nazwą: Interzero Organizacja Odzysku Opakowań S.A. w likwidacji. (Adres siedziby przy Al. Jerozolimskich 146D w Warszawie oraz numery NIP, KRS i REGON pozostają bez zmian).
- Reprezentacja Spółki: Z dniem otwarcia likwidacji mandaty dotychczasowych członków Zarządu wygasły. Od 23 lipca 2026 r. Spółka jest reprezentowana wyłącznie przez Likwidatora – Panią Ewę Pabiś.

We hereby inform you that on July 23, 2026, the General Meeting of Shareholders of Interzero Organizacja Odzysku Opakowań S.A. adopted a resolution regarding the opening of the liquidation of the Company and appointed Ms. Ewa Pabiś as its Liquidator.
In connection with the initiation of the liquidation process, we provide the following key details:
- Registered Corporate Name: Effective July 23, 2026, the Company operates under the official name: Interzero Organizacja Odzysku Opakowań S.A. w likwidacji. (The registered address at Al. Jerozolimskie 146D, 02-305 Warsaw, Poland, as well as the tax identification numbers NIP, KRS, and REGON, remain unchanged).
- Company Representation: As of the opening of liquidation, the mandates of the previous Management Board members have expired. From July 23, 2026, the Company is represented solely by the Liquidator, Ms. Ewa Pabiś.
