We would like to inform you that on 23 July this year, the General Meeting of Shareholders of Interzero Organizacja Odzysku Opakowań S.A. passed a resolution to commence the liquidation of the Company and to appoint Ms Ewa Pabiś as its liquidator.

Following the commencement of the liquidation process, we are providing the following key formal information:

• New registered name: Since 23 July 2026, the Company has been operating under the full name: Interzero Packaging Recovery Organisation S.A. in liquidation. (The registered office address at Al. Jerozolimskie 146D in Warsaw and the NIP, KRS and REGON numbers remain unchanged).
• Representation of the Company: On the date on which the winding-up proceedings commenced, the terms of office of the existing members of the Management Board expired. Since 23 July 2026, the Company has been represented solely by the Liquidator – Ms Ewa Pabiś.

We hereby inform you that on 23 July 2026, the General Meeting of Shareholders of Interzero Organizacja Odzysku Opakowań S.A. passed a resolution concerning the commencement of the Company’s liquidation and appointed Ms Ewa Pabiś, as its liquidator.

In connection with the commencement of the liquidation process, we set out the following key details:

• Registered Company Name: With effect from 23 July 2026, the Company operates under the official name: Interzero Packaging Recovery Organisation S.A. in liquidation. (The registered address at Al. Jerozolimskie 146D, 02-305 Warsaw, Poland, as well as the tax identification numbers NIP, KRS and REGON, remain unchanged).
• Company Representation: Upon the commencement of liquidation, the terms of office of the previous members of the Management Board have expired. From 23 July 2026, the Company is represented solely by the Liquidator, Ms Ewa Pabiś.
