DRUGIE WEZWANIE DO ZŁOŻENIA DOKUMENTÓW AKCJI
Działając w imieniu INTERSEROH ORGANIZACJA ODZYSKU OPAKOWAŃ S. A. z siedzibą w Warszawie, wpisanej do Rejestru Przedsiębiorców pod numerem KRS 0000266658, posiadającą numer NIP 5213409980, w wykonaniu obowiązku wynikającego z art. 16 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 30 sierpnia 2019 r. o zmianie ustawy – Kodeks spółek handlowych oraz niektórych innych ustaw (Dz. U. z 2019 r. poz. 1798; zm.: Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 288 i poz. 875) wzywamy akcjonariuszy INTERSEROH ORGANIZACJA ODZYSKU OPAKOWAŃ S.A. do złożenia w Spółce dokumentów akcji w terminie do końca października 2020 r.
Na podstawie złożonych dokumentów akcji sporządzone zostaną wpisy w rejestrze akcjonariuszy, który będzie prowadzony przez Dom Maklerski Copernicus Securities S.A. wybrany uchwałą Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy.
Jednocześnie informujemy, iż zgodnie z w/w ustawą obowiązująca moc dokumentów akcji wydanych przez spółkę wygasa z mocy prawa z dniem 31 marca 2021 r. Z tym samym dniem uzyskują moc prawną wpisy w rejestrze akcjonariuszy. Po dniu 31 marca 2021 r. wobec spółki uważa się za akcjonariusza tylko tę osobę, która jest wpisana do rejestru akcjonariuszy. Dokument akcji zachowuje moc dowodową wyłącznie w zakresie wykazywania przez akcjonariusza wobec spółki, że przysługują mu prawa udziałowe, do dnia 31 marca 2026 r.

SECOND CALL TO SUBMIT SHARE DOCUMENTS
Acting on behalf of INTERSEROH ORGANIZACJA ODZYSKU PAKOWAŃ S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number 0000266658, NIP number 5213409980, in compliance with the obligation resulting from art. 16 sec. 1 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act – Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798; amended: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 288 and item 875) we call you, as a shareholder of INTERSEROH ORGANIZACJA ODZYSKU OPAKOWAŃ S. A. to submit the share documents to the Company by the end of October 2020.
Based on the submitted share document, entries will be made in the register of shareholders, which will be kept by Dom Maklerski Copernicus Securities S.A. elected by a resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that in accordance with the above-mentioned act, the binding force of share documents issued by the company expires by operation of law on March 31, 2021. On the same day, entries in the register of shareholders will become legally valid. After March 31, 2021, only the person entered in the register of shareholders is considered a shareholder towards the company. The share document retains probative force only to the extent that the shareholder demonstrates to the company that he is entitled to share rights until March 31, 2026.

Działając w imieniu INTERSEROH ORGANIZACJA ODZYSKU OPAKOWAŃ S. A. z siedzibą w Warszawie, wpisanej do Rejestru Przedsiębiorców pod numerem KRS 0000266658, posiadającą numer NIP 5213409980, w wykonaniu obowiązku wynikającego z art. 16 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 30 sierpnia 2019 r. o zmianie ustawy – Kodeks spółek handlowych oraz niektórych innych ustaw (Dz. U. z 2019 r. poz. 1798; zm.: Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 288 i poz. 875) wzywamy akcjonariuszy INTERSEROH ORGANIZACJA ODZYSKU OPAKOWAŃ S.A. do złożenia w Spółce dokumentów akcji w terminie do końca października 2020 r.
Na podstawie złożonych dokumentów akcji sporządzone zostaną wpisy w rejestrze akcjonariuszy, który będzie prowadzony przez Dom Maklerski Copernicus Securities S.A. wybrany uchwałą Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy.
