The most common mistakes in the implementation of obligations arising from environmental protection regulations – an article in the journal Chemia i Biznes
In the latest issue of the magazine Chemia i Biznes, a statement by Przemysław Kuna, Managing Director at Interzero, regarding the most common mistakes made by entrepreneurs in the scope of obligations arising from environmental protection regulations.
Most enterprises operating in Poland are related to the production and provision of services that generate the so-called environmental waste. Environmental awareness in our country is growing, but business owners do not always know what specific obligations apply to them as part of their business.
The biggest area causing problems for entrepreneurs is waste management. The problem starts with choosing the right receiving entity, and ends with the decision, entry in the BDO and the storage itself. Waste, packaging and air emissions are key areas that should be formally regulated.

Sort batteries and accumulators correctly!
Therefore, batteries and accumulators should be disposed of only in dedicated containers or delivered to selective municipal waste collection points (PSZOK). Thanks to recycling, we are able to recover most of the components from them and use them again to produce other items.
Zachęcamy do obejrzenia krótkiej animacji wideo TUTAJ i do refleksji nad powagą problemu.
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Interzero, wanting to show the essence of the problem in an accessible way, has prepared an animation that shows the effects of throwing away used batteries and accumulators, e.g. into mixed waste. Batteries and accumulators are a source of many heavy metals such as lead, mercury, nickel and zinc. The listed components are not neutralized in the environment, and their release poses a serious threat to the entire ecosystem. Some raw materials can contaminate soil and groundwater.
Dlatego też baterie i akumulatory należy wyrzucać tylko do dedykowanych pojemników lub oddawać do punktów selektywnej zbiórki odpadów komunalnych (PSZOK). Dzięki recyklingowi jesteśmy w stanie odzyskać z nich większość składników i wykorzystać ponownie do produkcji kolejnych przedmiotów.
We encourage you to watch a short video animation HERE and reflect on the seriousness of the problem.

Sort batteries and accumulators correctly!
The society uses batteries and accumulators every day – from small devices such as flashlights, telephones, toys or laptops to larger mechanisms such as lawnmowers and cars. Few people, however, realize how dangerous it is to sort them incorrectly when they run out.
Niektóre surowce mogą doprowadzić do skażenia gleby i wód gruntowych.
Therefore, batteries and accumulators should be disposed of only in dedicated containers or delivered to selective municipal waste collection points (PSZOK). Thanks to recycling, we are able to recover most of the components from them and use them again to produce other items.
We encourage you to watch a short video animation HERE and reflect on the seriousness of the problem.
