Acting on behalf of INTERSEROH ORGANIZACJA ODZYKOWAŃ S. A. with its registered office in Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number 0000266658, with the NIP number 5213409980, in performance of the obligation under Article 16(1) of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Act - Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798; amended: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 288 and item 875), we call on the shareholders of the INTERSEROH ORGANIZACJA ODZYSKU OPAKOWAŃ S.A. to file share documents with the Company by the end of October 2020.
Based on the share documents submitted, entries will be made in the shareholder register, which will be maintained by Copernicus Securities S.A., a brokerage house selected by resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that, in accordance with the aforementioned Act, the validity of the share documents issued by the company expires by operation of law on 31 March 2021. As of the same date, the entries in the register of shareholders become effective. After 31 March 2021, only the person who is entered in the register of shareholders is deemed to be a shareholder vis-à-vis the company. The share document retains evidentiary force only to the extent that the shareholder demonstrates to the company that he is entitled to shareholding rights, until 31 March 2026.

Acting on behalf of INTERSEROH ORGANIZACJA ODZYSKU PAKOWAŃ S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number 0000266658, NIP number 5213409980, in compliance with the obligation resulting from art. 16 sec. 1 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act - Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798; amended: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 288 and item 875) we call you, as a shareholder of INTERSEROH ORGANIZACJA ODZYSKU OPAKOWAŃ S. A. to submit the share documents to the Company by the end of October 2020.
Based on the submitted share document, entries will be made in the register of shareholders, which will be kept by Dom Maklerski Copernicus Securities S.A. elected by a resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that in accordance with the above-mentioned act, the binding force of share documents issued by the company expires by operation of law on March 31, 2021. On the same day, entries in the register of shareholders will become legally valid. After March 31, 2021, only the person entered in the register of shareholders is considered a shareholder towards the company. The share document retains probative force only to the extent that the shareholder demonstrates to the company that he is entitled to share rights until March 31, 2026.

For us, sales is not only about establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, the negotiation process and discussing the details of our services, but also about the extensive knowledge of the world without waste, which we serve our clients from the very first contact. The basis of our offer is a close attention to the client's expectations and the construction of solutions, often non-standard, tailored exactly to their needs.
Operations
Here, we meticulously implement a wide range of environmental services for our customers, take care of every detail of their needs, automate and continuously improve our service delivery processes, and actively participate in the creation and implementation of tailor-made environmental solutions.
Trading
We have a diverse range of competencies that include, among other things, sales skills and specialist knowledge of waste management. Our 'traders' are experts when it comes to knowledge of waste recycling and contacts with centres where even the most difficult, unusual or hazardous waste is treated.
Environmental consulting
Environmental consultants provide their detailed expertise, operational and legal knowledge by creating studies and/or opinions on specific environmental solutions, problem situations or by guiding our clients safely through the maze of applicable environmental legislation and formal procedures, as well as supporting clients in conducting and/or implementing effective environmental education campaigns.
Business support functions
Departments such as Marketing, Digitisation/E-commerce, HR and Administration provide support on a daily basis, both in terms of professional service delivery for our customers and in providing tools and solutions to improve the internal functioning of Interzero.
Finance and Controlling
Our colleagues, who are proficient in financial numbers as standard, make sure that everything in the detail agrees in the accounts, the company is operating in accordance with current regulations, and access to detailed financial data, analyses and reports is efficient and fast thanks to modern tools.

How do you work with us?
I work at Interzero because ...
Before I started working with Interzero (Interseroh at the time) I had already been working in the packaging and waste industry for several years. I knew that Interseroh had experience in the European market and is a member of an international group that deals with the implementation of EU obligations for, among other things, packaging. The decision was not a difficult one for me. I wanted to develop, learn from the best and be part of the team that would become the leader of the Polish packaging waste recycling market. I believed that, with the team in place at the time, we were capable of achieving this. The last few years have shown that the ambitious goals have been achieved. I still don't regret my decision because I have gained a lot of new knowledge, experience and met many valuable people.
