Has become! The draft law on deposits has been adopted!

Today, i.e. June 6, 2023 The Council of Ministers approved the bill on the deposit-refund system. This means that the system will come into force in Poland from 2025.

We would like to remind you that the obligation to return empty packaging and packaging waste resulting from packaging will apply to retail units with a commercial area of more than 200 m2.

Based on our experience in the market where the deposit-refund system has been present for several years, we are ready for the challenges awaiting the market in Poland.
