It has happened! The bail bill has been passed!

Today, i.e. 6 June 2023. The Council of Ministers approved the draft law on the bail system. This means that the system will start to apply in Poland from 2025.

We would like to remind you that the obligation to return empty packaging and packaging waste generated from packaging will apply to retail units with a retail area of more than 200 m2.
