Before I started working with Interzero (Interseroh at the time) I had already been working in the packaging and waste industry for several years. I knew that Interseroh had experience in the European market and is a member of an international group that deals with the implementation of EU obligations for, among other things, packaging. The decision was not a difficult one for me. I wanted to develop, learn from the best and be part of the team that would become the leader of the Polish packaging waste recycling market. I believed that, with the team in place at the time, we were capable of achieving this. The last few years have shown that the ambitious goals have been achieved. I still don't regret my decision because I have gained a lot of new knowledge, experience and met many valuable people.

I want to say something about the people in my job. The people in my job are professionals - a mix of great industry knowledge, commitment, responsibility, willingness to develop themselves and the company. The people in my work are good souls - you can count on support, conversation, openness with a pinch of distance and a sense of humour. The people in my job are a team - There are no divisions into better or worse, we are treated equally. And sometimes it's hard to sense who's a director and who's a junior. There is a direct, good atmosphere.

There are people here for whom work is a passion, not a duty or merely a way of making money. Do I like my job? Yes, definitely! I get a lot of satisfaction from my job, a cool and close-knit team, support from colleagues, lots of challenges and a good atmosphere. We are doing a lot of projects together, where there is a lot of sense and a lot of development opportunities. My team works together with other departments in the company like a close-knit team that plays to one goal.

I was impressed by the quality and scale of the company's activities. The company operates in the spirit of a zero waste solution - caring for zero waste solutions, including waste management and environmental education. I was looking for a place for myself where I could pursue new goals in line with the above values and make full use of my experience in the industry. In addition, I work among some of the best specialists in the broad field of environmental protection. This allows me to exchange my experience and knowledge with them and to work together on solutions to even the most problematic issues.

I like the atmosphere here, working with interesting people and the feeling of being treated equally regardless of my position. Every day brings me a lot of satisfaction. This is most often when I have solved more problems for people. There is no boredom, a lot of ideas and projects emerge and working with an international team broadens horizons
