Take part in the training entitled: "PPWR - a new challenge for those introducing packaged products"
There is growing ecological pressure on European Union countries, which forces the implementation of further actions aimed at limiting the negative impact of packaging on the environment. On April 24, 2024, the European Parliament adopted the PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive), which brings significant changes for entrepreneurs in the design, production and recycling of packaging.
The EU implements regulations not through a directive, but through a regulation. This means that the requirements will enter directly into the Polish legal order, without the need for time-consuming implementation, as in the case of directives. It’s time for a real packaging revolution, without unnecessary delays.
Who does the changes affect?
Primarily producers of reusable and single-use packaging, recyclers and label producers, as well as companies based in the EU and importing to the EU.
It is worth finding out as soon as possible what changes await the Polish packaging market.
