SECOND CALLS FOR SUBMITTING SHARE DOCUMENTS
Acting on behalf of INTERSEROH ORGANIZACJA ORZYSKU OPAKOWAŃ SA with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number 0000266658, with the NIP number 5213409980, in performance of the obligation under Art. 16 sec. 1 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act – Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798; as amended: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 288 and item 875), we call on the shareholders INTERSEROH ORGANIZACJA ODZYSKUK OPAKOWAŃ SA to submit share documents to the Company by the end of October 2020
On the basis of the submitted share documents, entries will be made in the register of shareholders, which will be kept by Dom Maklerski Copernicus Securities SA, elected by a resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that, in accordance with the above-mentioned act, the binding force of share certificates issued by the company expires by operation of law on March 31, 2021. On the same day, entries in the register of shareholders become legally binding. After March 31, 2021 towards the company, only a person who is entered in the register of shareholders is considered a shareholder. The share certificate retains probative value only to the extent that the shareholder demonstrates to the company that he is entitled to share rights, until March 31, 2026.

Acting on behalf of INTERSEROH ORGANIZACJA ODŻYKU PAKOWAŃ SA with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number 0000266658, NIP number 5213409980, in compliance with the obligation resulting from art. 16 sec. 1 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act – Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798; amended: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 288 and item 875) we call you, as a shareholder of INTERSEROH PACKAGING RECOVERY ORGANIZATION SA to submit the share documents to the Company by the end of October 2020.
