The draft law on deposits has been adopted!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Today, i.e. June 6, 2023 The Council of Ministers approved the bill on the deposit-refund system. <strong>This means that the system will come into force in Poland from 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We would like to remind you that the obligation to return empty packaging and packaging waste resulting from packaging will apply to retail units with a commercial area of more than 200 m2.<\/p>\n<p>Based on our experience in the market where the deposit-refund system has been present for several years, we are ready for the challenges awaiting the market in Poland.<\/p>\n<p>We can secure your packaging collection needs.
