U. 2013 poz. 21 ze zm.) przedsi\u0119biorcy wpisani do rejestru BDO zobowi\u0105zani s\u0105 w terminie do ko\u0144ca lutego wnie\u015b\u0107 op\u0142at\u0119 roczn\u0105 za utrzymanie wpisu w rejestrze BDO za dany rok.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><strong>Only entrepreneurs are subject to the registration and annual fee:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul>&#13;\n<li>introducing batteries or accumulators,<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>introducing electrical and electronic equipment and authorized representatives,<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>producer, importer and intra-Community buyer of packaging,<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>introducing vehicles,<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>introducing products in packaging into the territory of the country,<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>introducing tires into the territory of the country,<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>introducing lubricating oils into the territory of the country.<\/li>&#13;\n&#13;\n&#13;\n&#13;\n\r\n<p>Op\u0142at\u0119 roczn\u0105 nale\u017cy ui\u015bci\u0107 na konto urz\u0119du marsza\u0142kowskiego w\u0142a\u015bciwego dla siedziby firmy lub miejsca zamieszkania.
