The Ministry of Climate and Environment has launched the Confirmation Module, which allows not only the application, but also the electronic issuing of DPRs and EDPRs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-0\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-0\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-0\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row row-container\" id=\"row-unique-1\"><div class=\"row limit-width row-parent\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-12 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\"  ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell no-block-padding\" ><div class=\"uncont\" ><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><\/p>\n<h2><strong>From 2026, DPR and EDPR documents only in electronic form<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>On 22 December 2025, the website of the Database on Products and Packaging and Waste Management (BDO) was updated with the following information. <strong>the launch of the Confirmation Module, which is expected to eliminate the use of paper-based recycling documents<\/strong>. According to the announcement, the DPR module is available to all BDO system users from 1 January 2026.<\/p>\n<p>From the beginning of 2026, therefore, via the Confirmation Module should be drawn up:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>documents confirming the recycling of packaging waste (DPR),<\/li>\n<li>documents certifying the export of packaging waste or the intra-Community supply of packaging waste for recycling (EDPR),<\/li>\n<li>applications for these documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Paper applications submitted in 2026 and covering a period after 1 January 2026 will not be considered.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do you have unnecessary documents? <a href=\"https:\/\/interzero.pl\/en\/uslugi\/gospodarka-odpadami\/odkup-dpr-i-edpr\/\">Get a quote for the repurchase of DPR and EDPR &gt;&gt;.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>How do I apply for DPR and EDPR in the BDO system?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Below you will find instructions for requesting DPR and EDPR documents:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Log in<\/strong> to an individual account in the BDO system.<\/li>\n<li>From the side menu <strong>select<\/strong> <strong>Confirmations -&gt; Applications<\/strong>, then click on the name of the document you wish to request (DPR, DPR GD, EDPR).<\/li>\n<li>Once in the window <em>List of applications<\/em> <strong>click on the green button + New application<\/strong>, which you will find in the header section.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complete the data in the form<\/strong> online (year, data of the waste holder\/entity requesting the DPR\/EDPR), data of the addressee of the request, data of the entity for which the document is intended, waste code and information on the NOP associated with the requested document - if applicable).<\/li>\n<li>If you are submitting a DPR\/EDPR document to Interzero, you will <strong>in the section Data of the entity for which the document is intended, enter the address data <a href=\"https:\/\/interzero.pl\/en\/o-firmie\/nota-prawna\/\">Interzero<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If necessary, edit the mass of waste from the KPO by selecting Options -&gt; Edit.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm the application using the yellow button <strong>Submit an application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm that you wish to send the document by clicking on the green button <strong>Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your application will then appear in the <em>List of applications<\/em> assigned to the type of document you are requesting (DPR, DPR GD, EDPR) with a status of <em>Submitted<\/em>. <strong>Once the application is approved, you can download the finished document by clicking on the Options -&gt; Download button<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Not everything online - list of documents produced outside BDO<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Despite work on the Acknowledgements Module that has been ongoing for several years, not all of the planned functions have yet been made available to users.
