According to the latest information, the Extended Producer Responsibility Act will be adopted as early as 2025. Its first measures will take effect as early as 2026, with subsequent measures entering in stages. During the webinar, our expert will discuss:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft assumptions of the ROP Bill presented by the Ministry of Climate and Environment.<\/li>\n<li>Advantages and disadvantages of the proposed solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Industry positions to the Ministry's proposal.<\/li>\n<li>The prospect of further work on a new ROP model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the second part of the webinar, we will focus on changes to waste law and changes to BDO. This part will be hosted by <strong>Wojciech Przybycin<\/strong>, Environmental Expert.
