These obligations stem from the Environmental Protection Law and apply not only to companies, but also to institutions, individuals and other entities that use the environment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-0\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-0\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-0\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row row-container\" id=\"row-unique-1\"><div class=\"row limit-width row-parent\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-12 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\"  ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell no-block-padding\" ><div class=\"uncont\" ><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><\/p>\n<h2><strong>What is an environmental report?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>The environmental report is a document prepared annually by companies, institutions and individuals using the environment. It contains <strong>information on the extent to which the entity concerned has used the environment and the level of charges<\/strong>that he should bear as a result.<\/p>\n<p>A report on the use of the environment may consist of one or more lists - the number and type of lists depends on the type of activity carried out by the entity concerned and the extent to which it has used the environment.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Who has to report on the use of the environment?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>A report on the use of the environment must be submitted <strong>entities which<\/strong> in a given calendar year:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>introduce gases or dust into the air<\/strong> originating from various processes (e.g. boiler house, use of company internal combustion vehicles, poultry rearing or breeding),<\/li>\n<li><strong>had emission allowances issued<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>dumped waste<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These entities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>entrepreneurs (also foreign),<\/li>\n<li>organisational units that are not businesses (e.g. foundations, associations, schools),<\/li>\n<li>persons engaged in agricultural production activities, e.g. farming, animal husbandry, horticulture, vegetable farming, forestry and inland fishing,<\/li>\n<li>other natural persons who use the environment to the extent that a permit is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Importantly, there is no obligation to submit a report if the calculated annual fee for one type of environmental use does not exceed PLN 100.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><\/p>\n<h2><strong>By when to submit information on the use of the environment for 2025?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>The environmental use report for a calendar year must be submitted by 31 March of the following calendar year.<\/p>\n<p>This means that the deadline for submitting the environmental use report for 2025 is <strong>31 March 2026.<\/strong> We would like to remind you that the deadline for payment of the fees calculated in the report expires on the same day!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/interzero.pl\/en\/blog\/oplata-za-korzystanie-ze-srodowiska-2024-i-2025\/\">Find out more about the environmental levy &gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to submit an environmental report?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>A report on the use of the environment shall be submitted to the marshal of the province having jurisdiction over the place of use of the environment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in person (during a visit to the marshal's office),<\/li>\n<li>by letter,<\/li>\n<li>electronically (via ePUAP), signing the document with a qualified signature or trusted profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Environmental users may also <strong>entrust the preparation and submission of the environmental inventory to Interzero's experts<\/strong>.
