Oznacza to, \u017ce <strong>cz\u0105stka tworzywa sztucznego (polimeru) jest rozrywana na mniejsze drobinki (w tym r\u00f3wnie\u017c monomery), z kt\u00f3rych w nast\u0119pnym etapie mo\u017cna wytworzy\u0107 nowe polimery<\/strong>. W ten spos\u00f3b otrzymuje si\u0119 tworzywa o identycznych w\u0142a\u015bciwo\u015bciach, jak tworzywa pierwotne pozyskane z ropy naftowej.<\/p>\n<p>Najwa\u017cniejszymi technologiami stosowanymi podczas procesu recyklingu chemicznego s\u0105:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>piroliza \u2013 rozk\u0142ad termiczny przebiegaj\u0105cy bez dost\u0119pu tlenu. W tym procesie mog\u0105 by\u0107 przetwarzane niemal wszystkie tworzywa sztuczne,<\/li>\n<li>solwoliza \u2013 reakcja wymiany pomi\u0119dzy cz\u0105steczkami polimeru i rozpuszczalnika. Mimo to piroliza jest obiecuj\u0105ca metod\u0105, dzi\u0119ki kt\u00f3rej mo\u017cliwe jest wytworzenie polimer\u00f3w o w\u0142a\u015bciwo\u015bciach identycznych, jak polimery pierwotne.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap \"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><\/p>\n<h2>Recykling chemiczny tworzyw sztucznych to konieczno\u015b\u0107, a nie opcja<\/h2>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>Recykling chemiczny <strong>nie jest obecnie stosowany na du\u017c\u0105 skal\u0119<\/strong>. W publikacji Plastics Europe<a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\">[i]<\/a> wskazano, \u017ce w 2023 r. w Europie w tym procesie wytworzono zaledwie 0,12 mln ton tworzyw sztucznych. Wielu ekspert\u00f3w uwa\u017ca jednak, \u017ce <strong>metoda ta powinna, a nawet musi by\u0107 popularyzowana<\/strong>, zw\u0142aszcza w kontek\u015bcie nieustannego d\u0105\u017cenia do wzrostu poziom\u00f3w recyklingu tworzyw sztucznych. Jak podkre\u015bla dr in\u017c. Anna Kozera-Sza\u0142kowska, usankcjonowanie technologii recyklingu chemicznego jest konieczne r\u00f3wnie\u017c z uwagi na zbli\u017caj\u0105ce si\u0119 regulacje prawne dotycz\u0105ce wzrostu zawarto\u015bci recyklat\u00f3w w opakowaniach u\u017cytkowych<a href=\"#_edn2\" name=\"_ednref2\">[ii]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>W Interzero doskonale rozumiemy te potrzeby i <strong>od dawna podejmujemy dzia\u0142ania, by zwi\u0119kszy\u0107 skal\u0119 recyklingu chemicznego<\/strong>, a jednocze\u015bnie zmniejszy\u0107 mas\u0119 surowc\u00f3w trafiaj\u0105cych do recyklingu termicznego, tj. do spalarni odpad\u00f3w.
