From 2025 onwards, segregation of construction and demolition waste at source will not be mandatory. The abolition of the obligation to segregate at source (which has not even taken effect yet) is provided for in the draft amendment to the Waste Act, which the Council of Ministers adopted during its meeting of 29 October 2024.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
