The aim of the training is to introduce environmental protection regulations that relate to the area of WIO\u015a control in the enterprise.<\/p>\n

  1. the objectives of the establishment and the organizational structure of the Environmental Protection Inspectorate<\/li>\n
  2. a catalogue of entities that may be inspected by the Inspectorate,<\/li>\n
  3. types of inspections carried out by WIO\u015a,<\/li>\n
  4. the course of control in the enterprise step by step,<\/li>\n
  5. control tasks of the Inspection,<\/li>\n
  6. the most important aspects of control in the light of the provisions of the Entrepreneurs' Law Act,<\/li>\n
  7. powers of WIO\u015a inspectors during inspections,<\/li>\n
  8. rights and obligations of the controlled entity,<\/li>\n
  9. types of control summary and post-control activities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
