Zakaz sprzeda\u017cy sypkiego brokatu wszed\u0142 w \u017cycie ju\u017c 15 pa\u017adziernika 2023 roku, pocz\u0105tkowo obowi\u0105zuj\u0105c tylko na terenie Niemiec, ale planowane jest jego rozszerzenie na ca\u0142\u0105 Uni\u0119 Europejsk\u0105. Nowe przepisy zabraniaj\u0105 nie tylko produkt\u00f3w do makija\u017cu, ale i wielu innych produkt\u00f3w zawieraj\u0105cych brokat. Ta inicjatywa ma na celu przeciwdzia\u0142anie negatywnym skutkom mikroplastiku dla \u015brodowiska i zdrowia ludzkiego. Produkty do makija\u017cu, ust i paznokci b\u0119d\u0105 stopniowo podlega\u0107 nowym zasadom; brokat obecny w produktach sp\u0142ukiwanych b\u0119dzie dost\u0119pny do 16 pa\u017adziernika 2027 roku, a w produktach niesp\u0142ukiwanych do 16 pa\u017adziernika 2029 roku. W 2030 roku zakazane zostan\u0105 syntetyczne mikrocz\u0105stki polimerowe u\u017cywane do kapsu\u0142kowania substancji zapachowych. W 2031 roku zakaz obejmie granulat wype\u0142niaj\u0105cy nawierzchnie syntetyczne w obiektach sportowych. Ostatecznie, w 2035 roku, zakaz zostanie rozszerzony na pomadki, lakiery do paznokci i produkty do makija\u017cu.<\/p>\n<p>Ta decyzja jest cz\u0119\u015bci\u0105 strategii Unii Europejskiej w walce z zanieczyszczeniem oraz w procesie przemiany ekologicznej.
