Or... you can pass on your obligation to Interzero and avoid the high product fee for packaging, tyres, oils and lubricating products and batteries and accumulators.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-1\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-1\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-1\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row row-container\" id=\"row-unique-2\"><div class=\"row limit-width row-parent\"><div class=\"wpb_row shift_y_neg_single row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-12 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\"  ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell no-block-padding\" ><div class=\"uncont\" ><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><h2 class=\"h2\" ><span><\/p><\/span><span><h2 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Obligations on producers of packaged products<\/strong><\/h2><\/span><span><p><\/span><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>According to the Packaging and Packaging Waste Management Act of 13 June 2013, entrepreneurs introducing packaged products and packaging into the Polish market are obliged to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>ensure recycling of packaging waste<\/strong> resulting from the packaging introduced,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>conduct public education campaigns<\/strong> aimed at raising public awareness of environmental issues.<\/li>\n<li><strong>submit an appropriate report<\/strong> to BDO<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Obligations for introducers of oils, tyres, batteries and accumulators<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>The obligations of entities marketing tyres, oils and lubricating products are regulated by the Act of 11 May 2001 on the obligations of entrepreneurs with regard to the management of certain waste and the product fee. According to its provisions, those introducing products are obliged to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\"><strong>ensure the recovery and recycling of waste<\/strong><\/span> of the same type as the waste from the introduced products,<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\"><strong>achieving the minimum legal levels of recovery and recycling<\/strong><\/span> these wastes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The catalogue of obligations of entrepreneurs introducing batteries and accumulators is slightly different. Under the provisions of the Batteries and Accumulators Act of 24 April 2009, they are obliged to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>organise and finance the collection, treatment, recycling and disposal of <\/strong><b>waste batteries and waste accumulators<\/b>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>financing of public education campaigns<\/strong> aimed at raising public awareness of environmental issues.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/interzero.pl\/en\/blog\/recykling-opon-w-polsce\/\">Find out how tyre recycling works in Poland &gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to meet the recycling obligation?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Anyone introducing packaged products, packaging, tyres, lubricating oils and preparations, batteries and accumulators can decide how they will fulfil their obligations.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-2\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-2\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-2\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row row-container\" id=\"row-unique-3\"><div class=\"row limit-width row-parent\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-12 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\"  ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell no-block-padding\" ><div class=\"uncont\" ><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. recovering and recycling packaging waste and waste from introduced products themselves<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>The downside of such a solution is the need to keep up to date with dynamically changing environmental legislation yourself, and to <strong>full legal and financial responsibility for the proper performance of duties.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. paying the product fee to the Marshal's Office<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>Comfortable, <strong>but a very expensive solution<\/strong> - the amount of the product fee for packaging and products significantly exceeds the cost of cooperation with the recovery organisation Interzero.
