Every entrepreneur who places electrical and electronic equipment on the market must fulfil a number of obligations stipulated by the WEEE Act. Polish companies may do it independently or through a recovery organisation. Foreign companies, on the other hand, may be obliged to appoint an authorised representative in Poland to perform introducer's duties on their behalf.<\/p>\n
